“My Summer Is You” is a danceable, sun-kissed anthem about the kind of love that defines your whole summer. With groovy bass-lines, retro synths, rhythmic guitar, and a catchy vocal hook, it brings a nostalgic but fresh energy to the season. The song is perfect for beach parties, rooftop sessions, or driving with the windows down!

While performing on a cruise ship with my partner in music and life, he started improvising a guitar solo over a looped progression. I hit record on my phone—his playing was so inspiring that I instantly thought, “My Summer Is You! That the the title!" It had to be a summer song! Lyrics started flowing immediately, and the song was born! I took his guitar parts into GarageBand, dropped some ideas, and sent it to the producer who handled my last disco release.
